KYO OKI076
KYO OKI076Japanese Antique Ceramic Maneki Neko
SOLD
Beautiful Antique Kutani kiln hand made Maneki Neko. Signed by artist at the bottom.
The Maneki Neko (literally "beckoning cat") is one of the most common lucky charms in Japan. Found frequently in shop windows, the Maneki Neko sits with its paw raised and bent, as if beckoning customers to enter.
Unlike those mass produced Maneki-neko, this is a one of a kind cat by Kutani kiln artist. The face is made more realistically and it is wearing the Kutani design apron with gold.

It is in Excellent condition.

Size: Hight 12" (30cm), W 6"(16cm), D 6.5" (17cm).

Location: Kyoto warehouse
