18th/19th C.utilitarian glass making shop pot from Kyoto, Japan.
The pot must have been a favorite of its previous owner as it has two kintsugi,(The art of repairing pottery with gold dust), repairs on its kiln cracks.
Also an antique Kyoto tokkuri,(sake pot) with a beautiful glaze.
