Amarapura black face Buddha from Amarapura, Burma (Myanmar).

This style of Burmese Buddha had significant influence on the later Mandalay Buddha. It is extremely rare as the period was short. Very few Amarapura Buddha's of this stature exist today. It is completely original with repair being done only at the very base of the Buddha.
