Beautiful black lacquered set of cake box, plates and ivory forks for 5 people.
1 round cake box, 1 large plate, 5 small plates, and 5 forks which were used at tea ceremony to serve Japanese sweets.
All the plates and box have hand painted peony with gold lacquer.
It is in great condition.
Taisho to early Showa period. (earlier 1900s)
